Approximate Daily Schedule

This schedule reflects the full-day structure for Waldorf camp week and may shift slightly based on weather and group needs.

8:30 - 9:00 AMDrop-off and settling-in time

9:00 - 10:00 AMChess coaching, skill evaluation, and grouping

10:00 - 11:30 AMChess group activities (instruction, coached play, and drills)

11:30 AM - 1:00 PMLunch stations with supervised games and chess activities

1:00 - 2:30 PMPark/outdoor block when weather permits, or indoor enrichment activities

Around 3:00 PMOptional ice cream/treat add-on during afternoon activities

2:30 - 4:00 PMAfternoon chess groups (coaching, games, and challenge rounds)

4:30 - 5:00 PMSocial time, chess recap, acknowledgments, and pick-up transition

Half-day formats follow the same site schedule rhythm: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (AM session) or 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM (PM session). Standard drop-off is 8:30 - 9:00 AM.
